Hedegaard InterSearch, the InterSearch partner in Denmark, has bucked the trend in the
industry and expanded with the addition of two new Consultants,
Frank Henriksen and Per Munch.
After 25 years in managerial positions in large Danish and international companies Frank
Henriksen has obtained significant business experience and a large network within top
management in the Danish business community. Frank also has experience in management
consulting, strategy, organizational development and search and selection. He started his
career at Colgate Palmolive as Product Manager and continued for 11 years at Best
Foods (Knorr, Maizena and Heidelberg) as Marketing Manager, Managing Director and Head of
the food service activities in the Nordics. Subsequently Frank became Managing Director at
Thorn EMI (FONA, DER and HMW chains) for 9 years, followed by an assignment as Project
Manager at the consulting firm Logisys and later 4 years as Managing Director at the design
company, Iittala.
Per Munch has a significant network in the Danish business community. He undertakes
assignments for banks, mortgage institutions, insurance, retirement funds, real estate
companies, accounting and law firms as well as building contractors. Per has more than 25
years' experience as Regional Director, Credit Director and Head of Customer Relations, in
large Danish financial institutions. Additionally, he has been CEO and co-owner of a company
in the building and construction sector.

Denmark to strengthen our organisation. I have not seen the Danish recruiting market as low
as in 2009 during my 25 years in the business. Looked at from our point of view it is not all
bad as the weaker firms disappear from the marketplace and only the strong firms with a good
